Invoicing

 

Each purchase from KPHC, Service and/or Product must be matched with a KPHC Invoice to be transmitted electronically or hardcopy.

 

 

Delivery

 

Upon signing KPHC Invoice/Delivery Note - where applicable and/or receipt pf delivery confirmation notification, delivery shall be considered completed. The signature will also be deemed as an acknowledgement by recipient that delivered product was inspected, accepted and received.

 

 

Returns

 

Upon presenting of original invoice, Sold Products can be Exchanged or Refunded within 14 days from Purchase date, if returned in saleable condition with sealed box and all accessories, when applicable.

 

Upon presenting of original invoice, Sold Services are only refundable if the Service did not commence. The refunded amount remains subject to 25% administrative fee deduction.

 

 

Warranty


Original invoice is deemed as a warranty card to the party mentioned in the invoice only; Warranties are not transferable.

 

Manufacturers Warranties apply on all Products, in case of manufacturing defects only.

 

Warranty does not mean in any case to return the Product. Defected Product will be repaired and not replaced, unless otherwise deemed necessary by authorized service center.

 

Warranty neither includes wear and tear, nor other superficial issues, such as but not limited to, scratches, dents and bents.

 

Warranty is annulled in the following cases:

  • Accidents, damages caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable power supply and/or fluctuation, breakage, spillage of liquids and damages arising from natural disasters.

  • Tampering with or deleting Product serial number.

  • If repairs were attempted by unauthorized service center.

Services Warranty: bond by Contractual Terms, we will attend unlimitedly for Proven unsatisfactory results, if any and exert our utmost efforts to acquire your satisfaction. 
 

Products Warranty: Liability is linked to those enforced by manufacturers on products contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with manufacturers guidelines for period(s) imposed by manufacturers from the date of original purchase by purchaser.

 

Coverage: before receiving warranty service, KPHC and/or its representatives may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow KPHC's procedures for obtaining warranty service

     

Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, in no event will KPHC be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if KPHC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 

Price Protection: your annual charges will not increase during a contract period – unless premises details have changed and/or an addition(s) took place.
